Once we spill out the content, there is a lot of freedom and room to discover what is there and make sense of it, as well as feel relief.

 
This 6 week group is an intro to Art Journaling that offers your teen space to explore and experiment with art tools and prompts to support their daily life!
 
Each person will get a new art journal and will learn ways to use it that fit their specific unique creative and emotional needs.[/read]

Grief is a complex layered process and often feels dark and endless.

This Art Journaling group gives some space and tools to the non-verbal needs of grief. Each week, there will be room to explore and express pieces of grief that [read more] relate and allow them space to be emptied out into an art journal. No creative experience is required for this process oriented group.  The goal is not to leave with something pretty and finished, but to give space for grief to be expressed and validated. [/read]

This 4-week group will make space for anyone working through addiction recovery. Each group will learn and orient to a specific part of recovery work and then take time to create in response to that part. Art journaling is accessible for [read more] any skill level or interest (no need to be an “artist” to join). This process naturally allows for increased distress tolerance and shame resilience: two important factors in sustainable and successful recovery.

 

We will explore the addiction cycle, relapse cycle, and the recovery cycle to notice the many ways that this reality happens and how it impacts us and the people we love. This group is not specific to a certain kind of addiction – but instead open to anyone that is being honest about their compulsive & ongoing numbing behaviors and curious about showing up differently. This group won’t be structured like a typical 12-step recovery meeting. Expect to come and be curious about your addiction & recovery and explore, notice, give room for, and create the ways these things show up in your felt experience.
