Men’s Mindfulness Group
This group is for men who are ready to:

Reduce rumination and overthinking

Deepen mindfulness and presence

Understand and manage anxiety

Identify emotional blind spots and recognize what those blind spots may be costing you in relationships, communication, and self-understanding

Improve communication during emotionally tense moments

Build better relationships with self, others, and the world around them.
What We’ll Explore:
Through guided practices, group discussion, and weekly themes, we’ll explore how mindfulness and
presence shift the way anxiety shows up in your body, thoughts, and behavior and how those shifts impact your ability to connect, respond, and live intentionally.

Brent Matthew Labb (“Matt”) is a licensed associate therapist (LAC) who specializes in anxiety disorders and mindfulness. His training includes: Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Counseling Certificate, Exposure Response Therapy Training Certified, Art Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
