Teen Clay Therapy:
This is a series of 3 clay therapy sessions with licensed art therapist Julia Karrys. Each session will build on a clay mask-making process that focuses on expression, identity, self-awareness, emotional regulation, shame resilience, and connection. Working with clay has the ability to cut through the barriers of traditional talk therapy and to build lasting connections within ourselves that would otherwise take years to develop. Support your teen and join this clay therapy group!
