for Professionals

We don’t do this work alone.

Doing meaningful work with people takes care and intention. It asks us to keep learning, stay curious, know our limits, and surround ourselves with people we trust.
Over the years, we’ve developed expertise and ways of working that have shaped what happens here at The Well—particularly around trauma, attachment, art therapy, and creative community.
We don’t have all the answers. But we believe good work gets better when we share what we’re learning, ask good questions, and learn alongside one another.

So, if any of what we’ve learned can serve the work you’re doing, pull up a chair.

Come learn with us.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

You can’t heal by yourself—and you can’t become a therapist by yourself either.

Supervision is more than getting your hours signed off. It’s a place to ask the questions you don’t know how to ask yet, develop your clinical voice, wrestle with the complicated stuff, and grow into the kind of therapist you want to become.

Brittany Johnson, LPC, provides clinical supervision for associate counselors in Arizona, with particular experience in trauma, attachment, art therapy, and creative and experiential approaches to therapy.

Featured Workshop

TRAUMA-INFORMED CHURCH

A workshop for people leading and caring for others in christian faith communities.

Created and facilitated by Brittany Johnson, LPC, Trauma-Informed Church is a workshop for pastors, ministry leaders, church staff, and others helping shape the life and care of their communities.

Together, we explore trauma and healing through the lens of the biblical story—bringing what we know about trauma, the body, relationships, and healing into conversation with the ways we lead, teach, gather, and care for people.

Join us at The Well on your own or bring your team. Brittany is also available to bring Trauma-Informed Church directly to churches, ministry teams, and faith communities for an on-site training tailored to your community.

PARTNERSHIPS + COLLABORATION

Maybe we can make something together.

Some of our favorite work happens alongside nonprofits, organizations, and teams already doing meaningful work in our community.

If you’re serving a particular need or people group and wondering if something we do might fit alongside it or support you, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.
