Community
Come be human with us.
We need each other.
Healing doesn’t only happen in the therapy room. It happens around tables, while making art, in laughter and conversation, and in the ordinary practice of showing up for one another.
At The Well, community looks like art nights, paint nights, gatherings, local partnerships, and creating simple places where people can come together. You don’t need to be a client. You don’t need to be an “artist”. You don’t need a polished version of yourself. Come along, just as you are.

Self help can’t hug you.
We love growth. We love healing. We’re just not convinced we’re supposed to do all of it by ourselves.
Anti Self Help Club is a playful little rebellion against the idea that we should be able to figure everything out on our own—and an invitation back into friendship, community, asking for help, showing up, and making room for one another.
You don’t need a membership card. Start by calling the friend. Check on your neighbor. Ask for help. Pull up another chair. Show up to something. Let yourself need people.
Healing happens together.

THE *ART* TABLE IS SET.
There’s a place for you.
Around here, the table just happens to be covered in paint, markers, and whatever we’re making next.
