Healing happens together.

There are some parts of healing that happen differently when we do them alongside other people. Things that just won’t happen in individual therapy – no matter how good.

Group therapy offers something individual therapy can’t fully recreate: the experience of being seen, understood, challenged, and supported by others in real time. Research shows that groups can decrease shame and isolation, increase connection and belonging, and create opportunities to practice new ways of relating within a safe therapeutic space.

At The Well, our groups are intentionally small and thoughtfully designed around shared needs, experiences, or stages of life.
