You can’t heal by yourself—and you can’t become a therapist by yourself either.

Becoming a therapist is a strange kind of work. You’re learning theories, skills, ethics, documentation, and how to sit with really complicated human stories—while also figuring out who *you* are in the room.

Good supervision should make space for all of that.

I provide clinical supervision for LAC clinicians working toward independent licensure in Arizona. My approach is relational, curious, creative, and grounded in real clinical practice. We’ll talk about cases and ethics, of course—but we’ll also pay attention to your instincts, your questions, the places you feel stuck, and the kind of therapist you’re becoming.

Meet Brittany

I’m Brittany Johnson, LPC, CSAT, ATR-BC owner and Clinical Director of The Well.

I’ve spent my career working with trauma, attachment, relationships, and experiential and creative approaches to therapy. I’m also an art therapist and clinical supervisor, and I care deeply about helping newer clinicians develop both strong clinical skills and a way of practicing that actually feels like their own.

I don’t expect you to already know what you’re doing. That’s kind of the point of supervision.
