There are many ways to connect with us. You can fill out this form and we will get in touch with you. Or you can schedule directly on our calendars for a free 15 minute consultation during a time you know already works for you.

We would love to connect first and find out what your needs are! When it comes to therapy…it really matters that you find the right fit! We have a team of highly trained and warm, down to earth, creative therapists. If we aren’t the right fit, we will help you find resources to take the next step. Reach out here and we will get you started.

We are a private practice that offer a range of cash pay services. We partner with Mentaya to support your out-of-network insurance benefits and can use an easy benefits calculator to see what your reimbursement will be. We also accept HSA/FSA and partner with Arizona ESA for students.

    The Well Story

The Well was a seed that grew out of a desire to (1) see Downtown Mesa flourish and (2) for everyone to have access to creative, embodied, and high level quality therapy. The vision for The Well became a reality throughout 2020 and by December of that year The Well’s doors opened! Since that opening some things have grown, shifted, changed, ebb’d and flow’d – but the same source that watered the seed….is still at work in Downtown Mesa and at The Well today.

Brittany had a vision to see both clients and therapists be cared for and created a financial model that The Well still operates within. For every 2 clients that receive therapy at a regular fee, 1 client is able to receive the same high quality services at a very low, accessible fee. This 2-for-1 model has provided thousands of hours of low-fee sessions (while still experiencing high quality care) over the last 5 years!

Brittany continues to own and run The Well with a team of creative therapists! The space and community that has developed continues to be a welcoming and warm place that invites everyone that enters to take a breath, have a snack, and slow down. Healing is possible – for everyone.
