LaurenFrandsen
Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Hello! I’m Lauren,
I believe meaningful change can’t happen in isolation. I look at the whole system—the family, relationships, patterns, and experiences surrounding each person. I’m all about shifting patterns that feel stuck and building greater safety and connection.
I work with children, families, couples, and individuals, always through a relational lens. Even when I’m sitting with one person, I’m curious about the relationships and larger systems that have shaped their experience. When we create change within those relationships—not only within one person—the impact can extend through an entire family and even across generations.
What comes to mind when you think of therapy?
“Sowing seeds…you never quite know what will spring up and it will take time. It can take a few tries to discover what is needed for growth. The work is surprising, challenging, rewarding, and beautiful. Sometimes it looks like a pile of dirt! It is full of change and so much is happening – but most of the movement often remains unseen beneath the surface where the roots are growing.”
