Lexie Harding
Licensed Masters Social Worker

Hey! I’m Lexie. When I think of therapy, I picture the sun. Sometimes it gently breaks through the clouds, offering warmth and clarity. Other times, it’s hidden behind many layers and can feel difficult to see or reach—but it is still there. To me, the sun represents hope and the possibility that each day can hold a new beginning.
You don’t need to feel completely ready or arrive with the perfect words. You only need to be willing to show up as you are. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families, using conversation as well as play, sand tray, and other expressive materials. Together, we can begin uncovering the light that may feel hidden and find new ways to understand, express, and move through what you’re carrying.
What comes to mind when you think of therapy?
“I wish someone had told me that you don’t have to be ‘ready’ or have the perfect answer — you just have to be willing to show up as you are.”
